The badge reel comes with a plastic connector molded into the housing for extra durability.
Also includes a split ring on the lanyard, located behind the reel, for extra functionality.

Adjustable Length Lanyards
Adjustable length lanyards are useful for providing comfort to the wearer. Varying lengths mean that the wearer can choose where the ID card sits on the torso.
​
This feature can be incorporated into most of our lanyard builds for both single point and open-ended lanyards. However please note that it is not suitable for all print styles. e.g. Foam Print.
​
Typically the lanyard length will range from approximately 50cm to 100cm.
Simply choose the lanyard material, print style and other features, and add $0.15ea to the cost of your build for the adjuster.​
3pt Safety Breakaway
The majority of our lanyard builds support either one, two or three point breakaway systems.
​
These multi-breakaway options are especially pertinent within the health and security sectors, and are typically mandated by Health Authorities.
Placement of the breakaway is generally on the nape of the neck and approximately 1/3rd up from the hook on either side. However it may be situated at slightly different locations depending on the design requirements.

Simply choose your lanyard build, print style, material and other features, then add up to 3 breakaways for the total cost. We then work with you to provide a mock up to ensure placement works with the design.

Open Ended Lanyards
An open-ended lanyard, using two hook attachments (can be the same or different) is useful for keeping the ID credentials forward facing.
​
These are typically used for conferences, events and trade shows.
​
All of our lanyard builds support this feature.
​
Simply choose the lanyard style you require, together with the specification, material and other features you want, and then add a second hook attachment of your choice. An additional charge is added to your specification of $0.10ea for a standard hook, or the listed price of a second specialty hook.
